i sold a kit to a friend, its a hf manifold with a rhb5 turbo, 1g dsm blowoff valve, intercooler and all the good stuff... the kid puts it on his d16 crx without fuel upgrades, i drove it last weekend and its fun, but i think hes gonna kill it... all he has is an aftermarket fpr... he runs 7psi on a built motor... he hooked up just a regular a/f gauge to the o2 and it doesnt really work right... (so i've heard they all dont) but when the light does come on... its on the lean side...
my question is
- how long will this last like this... i know with my research on probes you must upgrade fuel pump under any boost... and at least get a fmu...at least...

First tell him to kick you in the ***** for having suck a hideous body kit.Then after you fall in pain, explain to him to get his ecu chipped with at least a basemap tune that is somewhat similar in his setup,it's not hard to find one . Then tell him to kick you in the ***** again for having a body kit period.

That is some funny ---- above.Just grab at least a FMU for $40 in the least.Take the 4 min and 37 seconds to install it and at least it will most likely not blow up next weelend.

well hes been running like this for about 2 weeks and i told him he needs to get somthing... im gonna just tell him to get a fmu, for now at least...
- and whats wrong with body kits, your the 2nd person ever to tell me that my bumper is gay... the other was a kid with a eg civic with a black widow 2 (box w/ holes)... so he had no room to talk.

I know this isnt GD but.....your car DOES look rediculous. When me and my friends see cars like yours, we generally point and laugh and yell rude comments.

Your friend's car will blow up on Dec 5th around 3:00PM EST while he is showing off. Cylinder #3 will go lean and detonate and the ringland will break.

i still think there is nothing wrong with making your car look different, i cant stand driving stuff that looks like everyone elses... it has no style... i figured this was one of those "all go no show" forums but damn... since when is changing the look of your car that bad?... i make fun of everyone in my town that spends 5 grand restoring 86' camaros that look bone stock when their done. I've got about a million good comments on my kit and thats the style that im into. so stop dissing and get back on topic or somthing... how about we make fun of my friends crx?, i think not knowing anything about turbos and just throwing it on there is worth more of a kick in the ***** than my bumper.
