what kinda cam gears are those?
look nice! i hope to watch some vid soon! |
Re: My build, Almost finished.
Super nice build. I'm a fan of the unconventional.
I read a while back about a Focus turbo kit that had the turbo mounted very low. So low that it needed an electric pump and reservoir to move the oil out of the turbo and back into the motor. I had to do this on my setup (probably could have avoided it if I mounted the turbo differently), just wondering if you will too. |

What does one in a focus do for engine management?

Re: My build, Almost finished.
i hope you plan on rerouting that lower radiator hose, the downpipe looks awefully close. :3 nice build though.
|
Re: My build, Almost finished.
i was thinking about rerouting it, but im just gunna get some header wrap.
|
Re: My build, Almost finished.
i have a rad hose literally laying on my turbo header. now its not a stock hose and is definitly beefy, but it hasnt melted or even warped at all

Re: My build, Almost finished.

|
Re: My build, Almost finished.
wow! i luv the widebody ::)

Re: My build, Almost finished.
its gangsta...its nice to see someone turboing a different car
|
Re: My build, Almost finished.
paint your ----. or at least flat black it.
|
Re: My build, Almost finished.
You should of just used that header you had on there and hacked off the flange where the cat attaches to and weld you flange onto that for the turbo. Why the need to have it so low? THats a small turbo also for a 2 liter engine. Those turbos are small cause it's the same thing in my 850 and it's just retardedly small for that 2.3L 5 cylinder. Ehh either way it'll be boosted and that's what counts.
