my boosted coupe
just got done with the install, everything is still pretty much in test/tune mode but that is pretty much how everything always is.
setup is...
95 dx coupe 5spd
d15b7, d16z6 im
garret .42 .48 t3
std manifold, custom adapter plate
2.5" dp, straight pipe to thrush turbo muffler
2" charge pipes
Volvo BOV
Autometer Boost Gauge
Awaiting installation:
Accel 550s
nissan silvia intercooler
right now im just running 2psi on a richened setup, will be tuned after injectors and IC are installed.

Random Parts, IC, turbo, oil feed, etc.

oil feed, 3/8", also using 3/8" hose... i heard this is to big but i haven't experienced any problems yet.

install day

this unsuspecting d15 had no idea what was coming

the adapter plate and turbo both ported to the width of the std manifold, note the sloppy gasket cutout

ready for install

using custom "hmt" radiator fasteners

not really any room for a WG actuator so im using a spring for now (pics below)

oil feed installed, jb welded just in case

oil return

first thing i ever welded, arc welded and it sucked... got a new wire-fed mig so a new dp will come soon

field sfc, pretty much only used as a tach

how my boost gauge will remain until i can find my dremel bits and cut the hole in the dash a little bigger

heres how version 1 looks for now

notice the spring MBC

MBC!!!!!

rollin on some new fat fives

i would have thought that thick *** adapter plate would have had your oil drain super low... Your ---- looks awesome though. Get that ic in there and boost the ---- out of it. Definatly homemade, HT would ban your ***.
i like the rtv oil pan instead of buying a $15 gasket. Ha! you definatly dont belong on honda tech.
