Default ***** ------ flange warped, what to do?

yep, my 3/8" header flange warped today. I've been trying to take it easy welding my ---- together, doing it piece by piece to avoid warping ----, but it's warped. what can I do? I thought about bolting it to the head on my motor and welding the rest that way, but I think that the head might warp to the shape of the flange, and although it would seal pretty good this time, when I actually get a good flange on there ---- won't work. What can I do? pics:

they're probably huge, but I couldn't find the doc writeup on how to resize them, so what you see is what you get.

I can't see the pictures that well because your cxamera sucks ***, but it might not be so bad that it won't seal. If it is just take it to a machine shop and have them mill the flange.

BTW, your manifold looks like ***. Just thoguth I would let you know.

I'm not welding to win a beauty contest. I already ground that ---- down once, then I welded it again for added security.

try the same thing as if your cylinder head got warped, take it to a machine shop and have them resurface the flange til it is nice and straight

It doesn't look too bad. Mine looked very similar and all I did was torqued them onto my head till it was flush. I know its not a good idea but it worked for me. :P

I hope it doesn't warp too much more when I weld the top half of the pipes, I might just say ---- it and bolt it onto my head when I weld it on there, that was the original idea before I warped that ----.

I don't know about all of you ballers saying to machine shop it, this is a budget, how about I just use my angle grinder.
