Has anyone built there own waste gate or blow off valve?
If so tell me how or give me link to someone who has.

I don't think you could (easily) build your own wastegate or blowoff valve. It would require vacuum sealing diaphrams ina pressure sensative setup. Might be a little hard for the DIY style environment.

Plus, the fact that they're so cheap, it's easier to just pick one up.

Do a search, I could of swore I saw a thread that somebody posted about how to build a low-budget wastegate
