Default mounting turbo

I have a question. Ive asked one person and got no reply from them. I was wondering about mounting a 2nd turbo on the downpipe. Someone told me it would be very inefficient and I was wondering why. If someone could anwser my question it would be appreciated.

if 1 turbo would give you enough power, why would you add another turbo after it? its pointless, IMO. if you were bi-turbo like the audis I'd understand, but if not, its pointless, therefore being inefficient and pointless.

No reason for it, More costly, and More weight.

ok dude, here it is...

just forget about sequential. there would be no point to the second turbo. try running each turbo off of two cylinders. and you'll need to run tiny *** turbos at that.
