bump for me wondering the same thing!

Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
What trim? Your leaving out a big part of the equation.

Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
Thats such a vague question in the first place not to mention that you're asking two different questions with two different sides. The T3's are a frame size (mid size) and the highest flowing you'll find is the 60 trim at a max of 35 lbs/min or roughly 520 CFM max. Don't get confused and think that the 60 trim flows 520 CFM and that's that. 520 CFM is the MAX that it will flow at it's choke/maximum permissable speed line.

And also that chart is for turbonetics turbos, the newer GT turbos will put out more power.

Also the intake side is called the "compressor" the turbine is the exhaust. |
Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
That chart is for Garrett turbos in general. They all fall under the same catagory and the reference material is original property of Garrett/Honeywell. regardless of what turbos Turbonetics makes, the chart is Garrett.

Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
its a garret turbo, a t3 exhaust side flange, precision exhaust housing with .63 marked on it, and .70 and M24 marked on the compressor

Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
all the research ive seen suggests that even if you clip the turbine blades you really arent doing much to improve flow, it hurts spoolup more than it hurts peak power.

Re: most hp a .63 exhaust housing can flow
If it has a .70 on the compressor side...I am thinking it's a S housing...most turbos with S housing are good for 500 to 600 depending on trim and what not.
