Most common cause(s) of Code 16?
 

I just installed some nice looking DSM 450cc injectors in my D16Z6 and made a nice TE map for them. Car runs like ass, showing code 16. Car ran fine on the stock 240's. Tried a couple different chips. Should I just send them off to get cleaned?

did the car run fine on stock 240 AND different ecu? if so try disabling injector test circuit...can't remember off the top of my head if you have that option in turboedit, but you do on other rom editors.
