Edelbrock 500 Carb (later with a 500 Holley 2Bbl) /

Bosch BOV
TH350 slushbox
and 2.42:1 Freeway Gears (60Mph in first gear @5500rpm)

My TH350 refused to shift, so i had to let go of the loudpedal to shift. I never had the chance to let it reach max Rpm in second. I got it up to 100 Mph so far.
I sold the car and kept the engine.
I'll see if i can dig up a pic of it.
I'm now building a 305 Rollercam for my next car (camaro) with the same turbo and manifold.
Only it will have better exhaust manifolds.

The only reason I am posting this here is because it sparked a memory regarding GM cars and turbos, and perhaps you've all seen this before, but it will give something to smile about... I know it's not a Monte Carlo, but the Grand National and then the '57 Bel Air is something to make a jaw drop. Enjoy:
