If the car is fuel injected it comes with injectors. And know not all injectors will work.

Do all cars come with stock engines?

Confusing huh?

If a car is fuel injected, then it DOES have fuel injectors. The question of them being stock or not is irrelevant.

And no, they're not universal. There are two main types: Saturated and Peak-and-Hold. Ahh....I could go on...here:
