ok ---- missfires real bad and stumbes when going into boost 2-5 psi so we got some new spark plugs (iridium tip denso $8 :S a pice) and gapped them down to like .025 and now its alot better but still misfires 10-13 psi wastegate is limited to 13

any thoughts perty disopinted cant get it running good second day already plug wire? cap rotor? any thougths guy before i have to start looking into in tommorw

also i would post my bin but dont know where to uplaod it to and cant figue out how to on xenocron bin directory nigs help!!

no CEL? the plugs should tell you what's going on

You answered your own question. If pulling the gap down on the plugs helped, then you have excessive air-gap in the cap/rotor. Change those. Also, only use OEM plug wires or NGK (same as oem).

try using zex nitro/turbo plugs only $25

ok cehcked it all cap rotor looks good its the spark plug wires most likely they are really shitty

does it stumble all the time when its in boost? if so i bet you need to go a step colder on the plugs. get the ngk's with the 7 in the p/n. i cant remember the whole number but it has a 7 in it. lol

fixed spark plug wires and gapped plugs down to .022 wiht a feeler guage this time not wiht the autozone ---- token thing ripper vids in the works now

So does that meen the misfires are gone? timing looks ok but you didn't switch to 450cc in fuel tool though. do you have a wideband on it?

ya wideband and all ya i know it dosent always show that injectos switch after you open up the bin....

yes misfiring was gone up until the end it started doing it again.. im sure its the spark plug wires are shot cus they fit on really bad my bro messed with them and it was good up until now... its back.. ??? getting some diffrent wires off a running engine.. any way on the good news my weak sauce n/a b20 got some 0-60 testing #1 6.33 #2 6.4 #3 6.44 so about 6.5 i guess not bad wile the ---- hatch misfiring like crazy :-X 8.5 seconds oh well peace out nigs
