Misfire, ignition Ghetto plizz read and help

I have my d15z6 build up engine. Forged pistons and rods + posting and many more everything was fine until I started to try to pass 15PSI max dyno @16psi was around 300HP and 350NM now i once tried to increse boost the car started to misfire. 100% its not a blow head gasket also I know there is some ghetto parts in my setup like plugs wires from a H22a5 engine ( tuned to fit )and an outside ignition coil. I used one from a golf VR6 ( brand new ) I just feel something is wrong with the spark, like if it had no power to burn the mixture.. Any cheap ghetto solution for that, I know MSD has great solution but Iam not a HondaTech fan and so isnt my pocket. I want to resolve the problem in a cheap way. thx for da help ;D |

its like the Dastek Unichip its south african but nice it controls my 2.5Bar Map sensor ignition retard Fuel and sets nice AFR |

What gap are your spark plugs?

When you start making good power on a honda your ignition system has to be setup perfect or you will get misfires on the top end. Make sure all your basics are perfect Distributor cap, Rotor, Spark plugs (gapped right), Wires and Coil. Beau had several problems on the dyno with his racecar and it was just as simple distributor cap.
