min. honda compression on motor b4 turbo
 

please help anyone

i checked my compression on my 95 accord with prolly 200,000 miles and it read 91 psi on all cylinders but the third one from ignition. that one read 84


what do i do
should i buy another motor before turbo
what does this mean
