These are the couplers that I have been using since day one with no problems. They are high quality ---- and have some sort of fiber-reinforcement.. I dunno what it is exactly but that ----'s strooooong. Buy them, you won't be disappointed!

Just go into your local hose/fittings place and buy a foot or two of silicone hose.They carry many colours etc, I usually get the shiny blue stuff because it looks nice.Silicone hose is not a automotive item.
