Default MHI 13G or 14B question

Is there supposed to be a gasket between the turbo and O2 housing? I see them for sale on ebay but I can't find one at a parts store.

Yes, use a factory metal-type gasket, those that come with the SSAC turbos are junk and will blow out over time.

Technically, you could run it without a gasket, it wouldnt affect boost or anything, but when you go to tune, you have a fresh air exhaust leak (however small it may be) throwing off your lambda readings.
