hey guys i got my hands on a Garrett off a mercedes diesel got it for free soo im woundering if i can use this on my car its a diesel turbo but idk if it will work or not its perfect no play at all lmk what yall think??

actually i join HMT november 06 so i am not that much of a noob i been doing a lot of reading on here to get ready for my turbo project. Once you get past all the BS there is a lot of good info on here

 

I think you have the stage 1½ turbine wheel. turbine A/r may be .36 or .48 A/r. I hope it's 4.8 a/r.
Compressor is a tiny t3 40 or 45 trim. Should be upgraded to t3 60 trim for some decent power. will make a t3 60 trim that spools up faster than the average one with 68 trim wheel.
