maxing out the volvo T3

i saw previously this post but i didn't find it again, i have the volvo .42 .48 @ 10psi but i need to know how many psi can handle this turbo before it lose efficiency

What engine? d16a6? At 10psi you`ll be lucky if it flows 15lbs/min max. At 20psi (2.36pr) the most air it will flow will be about 19lbs/min.

Sorry for double posting. I`ve seen dyno graphs with this turbo on turbod16.com maxing out around ~220whp. It should be enough turbo for your goals.
