How much boost do you want to run? with my 81.5 dished wiseco's Im running .035, but im gona run 25+ lbs.

When the pistons with rings on slide in by hand you know you have reached it...

Seriously though, on 90dx's vitara build, piston to wall must be .065+ they move all over the place in there.

Maximum is whatever it comes out at :P If you car about diesel sounds then go 75.5.I just through them in massive ring and piston to wall gap stylz :-X

I think you guys mean .0035 and .0065 not .065

.250 is a 1/4 inch....

No .035 = 35 thousands.

You misunderstand measurements. .035 (aka 35 thousandths) of one inch is A LOT when talking about clearances. It would never seal.


.0035 = 3 and 1/2 thousandths. OR 35 tenths in machinist lingo.
