whats the max boast that a t3/t4 will throw. if you didnt have a waste gate how high would the boast go

You can boast about it as much as you like, :P but max boost is dependent on a few things. You could get just about any turbo to boost however much psi you want it too, but what matters is efficient boost. (not turning you t25 into a 20psi space heater)
T3/4s come in different flavors too.
What engine combo, and what a/r's on the T3/4?
