Map leak-TB gasket?

HI I'm new here I have a 1988 crx si with
D16z6 motor with d16z6 intake manifold and obd1 map sensor
pm6 ecu
greddy cast iron manifold
garrett T-2 turbo (48.,.63)off a nissan 200sx
6psi
mazda mx-6bov various charge piping off factory turo cars:)
non intercooled until tommorow.
310cc mazda mx-6 injectors
vafc hack

The problem im having is that my map is reading less pressure than my boost gauge so im thinking that my tb gasket is bad. What i would like to know is if it would be a good idea to use the obd0 map sensor connected to intake manifold where the boost gauge is connected(driver side nipple on the back of the intake manifold.)And then connect the boost gauge to the tb where the obd1 map sits. Do you think this method would be suitable to test for a tb gasket leak?.I figure if the map reads 6psi at the intake manifold where the boost auge connects then a have a bad tb gasket.

I will post pics of my setup in a few hours.
Thanks,
Josh

Josh the afc display is going to show less boost than your actual boost gauge.

Nothing is going to change from switching to the obd0 map sensor.

and if your throttle body gasket was bad you would definatly know. A easy way to test is just let the car sit and idle and spray some carb/brake cleaner around the throttle body gasket and see if it dies.

that gasket should be something simple to get a hold of, even if you have to get a roll of universal gasket and do it the hard way.
