Manual boost controller

Hi i just got my 98 civic ex tuned with a custom turbo set-up, when they tuned it they didn't run a vaccum line from the top of the waste gate just a straight vac. off the side of it to the turbo. will the top not having a line on it make any difference or not? and does anyone have a good wiring diagrams for a manual boost controller, got it off ebay its blue and silver and has the t for the vaccum line as well, thanks any one!!

You only use the top port if you have an ebc, otherwise leave it open.

If you want to install an mbc tee it off the current vacuum line going to the wastegate.

Only if it's a ball and spring type Jago. You get better control accuracy if you have a bleed style mbc and hook it up on the top as well.

I have a ball and spring type hooked to the top of my wg. Works great, very little spike.
