Manifold Question
 

Okay so I know I've probably just fucked myself with a cactus, but I just have to ask this stupid ------- question.

I'm looking at this little combo, its a SSAC combo

Total is about 150 shipped. Thats a manifold and wastegate.
My question is... IF I bought this. Where should I focus on "beefing" this POS up?

This is pretty much all I lack to complete my turbo kit...

I would mount the turbo with the compressor facing the pass side. I think it puts less stress on the manifold by keeping the turbo closer to the block. That and brace the turbo flange to the head flange.

Just get one of those cast ones, there cheap and wont break.

I wouldn't go that far, I've seen them break before. They are much less likely to break than the classic ssauto mani though.

C'mon I know its not awesome but does it work? Are they known to fail? Do they last long?
