Default Manifold power?

I'm sure this topic has already been discussed, but ive searched and couldn't find anything, so if one of the mods wants to lock it go ahead..But what i was wondering is if different manifolds really contribute to much more power. For instance, i have a stainless steel log mani, if i went to something like a ram horn would i really experience some significant power gain? Or if i had decided to go with a cast iron would i really be losing that much power? Im sure there would be some gain as the air flow is better and all, but i was wondering if it really is a gain worth spending the money on?

There was a dyno plot that showed the gains but can't seem to find it. You'll see quicker spooling times but not too much, it's worth the money if you got it imo.

I had a mani test video. These guys had a boosted Civic(unsure of what motor probably b16) and they did log and ramhorn manis. The log allows for faster spool on the low end, but loses power at the top. The ram horn is the otherway around. I saw a 40 HP gain the ram horn mani on the video though. I'll see if I cant find a place to hoast it.

Here you go. It was done by full-race and boosted-hybrid.
