Default manifold leak???

this is my first turbo setup and i've looked at a bunch of different sites and i can't find anything, but anyway i have a t25 on an hf manifold, it recently started smoking, and i also found an exhaust leak where the turbo meets the adapter plate, is this causing my turbo to smoke

Take it from me, you need an oil restrictor of some sort! wheather it's a proper restrictor or an adjustable one (needle valve) you need a restrictor!!!
