Making downpipe 14b

On a 14b would it be smarter to fabricate a custom 3 inch downpipe onto one of those flanges that you guys used on one of the 14b projects. Or to hunt down a OEM 14b downpipe? Also what material would you use?

those OEM 14b downpipe sections go for mad loot..

buy a flange and get 1 3" U BEND from whereever and u shoudl be able to make it work.

Hey man.. I have a flange to go with that turbo also. heck I might even have a stock downpipe.

Hey, mad loot or not, I do have the downpipe with the 02 sensor, it's been cut off back at the woven-lookin' section but the flange and sensor itself is still there...can I use this for my downpipe??

Shorty wait.. they sell just the o2 housing off the turbo for $150? Dang I was selling the whole thing for $150 shipped.. So should I sell that separate??

nah, 1g/2g o2 housings are pretty cheap, its the "Custom" o2 housings that go for mad loot, just buy a flange from road race and make your own. We have tons of examples of these in our turbo projects.
