MAF blow through setup advice needed

I can't find any (good) info on the subject of MAF blow through set-ups. The only I read is "oh, you can't do that" or "oh, it just doesn't work".I Can't find any reasoning behind why it won't work under pressure, or if there are any work-arounds.

Can someone enlighten me on pressurizing a "honeycomb" type Mas air flow sensor, and how tuning one in that evironment will differ from atmo?

For any vehicle? I'm using a blow through setup on my Focus if that helps. Using an 05+ Mustang slot style MAF with enough space in front and behind the MAF without any reducers any where near the MAF. That's how I was told it would work best.

maf reads volumes of air, not pressure. you still need a map sensor

Some guys with the GNs have done it with reported sucess. Many oem (newer) turbo cars use a draw thru maf.
