ok my question is:
i whant to know if i put a small turbo whit 18psi who give me exemple 280whp
or if i put a big turbo at 10psi who give me 280whp.
my motor is gonna have the same damage?
answer me please.
because i want to put a td05h 14b at 18psi on my bone stock ls/vtec.

Same damage it's about CFM's. But the increase in cilinder pressure isn't something your really want...or get ARP's sutds with new OEM gasket at least. The 14B will give you more low end and midrange power, but your upper rpm powerband will drop like a stone.
you didnt even answer the first question! haha
with that many psi you might be running the 14b out of its effeciency range. I'd stick with the larger turbo. remember power is made by cfm not psi.

You will get predetonation. I doubt the 14b will make any power at 18psi anyways. its way too small for a LS/vtec. Get a T3 60 trim.
What fuel management do you plan to use?
Listen to this: Don't put a 14B on an LS/Vtec.
The key to running any turbo at
psi is to have it be sized correctly so that you stay within it's efficiency range. The further you go outside of it's efficiency range, the more heat you will have. That heat, is what's going to make your motor go kabboom when you put a 14b on an ls/vtec.
I wouldn't even put a 14B on a D series. :P
