Default lowering boost

ok ive read the instructions in the faq on how to lower boost, but i dont really want to start cutting up my turbo. what are some other ways to adjust the wastegate setting, i have a t25. please help

take the actuator off and put a spring on it..

in the april '03 issue of honda tuning they had an article called budget boost where they turbo'd a crx. to lower the boost they bent the wastegate in toward the turbo and said they would get about 5-6 pounds of boost. would this work?

id much rather prefer cutting it and threading on a coupler with nuts. its adjustable and more accurate. then you can use a pressure relief valve for a more instant opening.

ya, I did that hole treding thing and it works the best I can go all the way down to 1psi than back to 9psi with a cuple turns of the rench

Why dont you try throwing that piece of ---- actuator in the trash and going external!

high c, good to hear. youre also using the relief valve? otherwise it would seem that the flapper would just slowly open and be a waste of energy
