Default low boost wastegate actuator

i'm converting my civic over to a daily driver, but i'd like to keep it turboed, so i'm looking for a wastegate actuator that opens around like 4-5psi, instead of having to run 9psi on the stock 14b actuator. i like the idea of doin it like that since i could just turn it up with a mbc whenever i want the power. does anybody know any good turbos that are easy to find that open this low?

its not hard to do dude. its just trial and error. and who said anything about welding it back together? you would be making it shorter, wich means that it will open at a higher psi.

use the search button. type in 'adjusting internal wastegate' it should be like the second thread down.
