Default Low Boost H22a Turbo Project

Ok, I have been researching this site for a little over a month, and scavenging some parts. I am doing this more for the education value, not so much for the power. I will upgrade the fuel management and turbo in the future. I just want to know some pros and cons of the setup for now, except for the obvious; i.e. low CFM, FMU’s suck, and H22 weak ring lands. From what I found so far, this will only be a 6psi setup so the FMU and the stock pistons should be ok.
Here is my setup.(Stage 1, I guess)
12g turbo- free (can I run this without the coolant lines?)
8:1 FMU- free ( should I go richer)
Missing link- free
Home made log manifold. –free
1st Gen DSM SMIC- $40
I still need to find some pipe, oil lines, gauges, and an inline fuel pump.
Thanks in advance for any constructive info.

i think that 12g might be a lil small for an h22. i think it might even run out of steam. even at 6 lbs cause the motors high revving.

I may be able to get my hands on a T3. Do you think that is a better match?
