I don't have my datalogging setup yet but i'm doing my calculations around 100F degees. Is that a decent temp to set the intake air at? My charge pipes are never even warm to the touch they are always cold so thats why i picked 100 degrees.

You want to use outside air temperature. Air Density/Temp affects turbo efficency. The turbo has to spin faster to pressurize 100 cubic feet of 100 degree air than 100 cubic feet of 70 degree air. Ambient air temp affects turbo rpms, thus turbo efficiency, as air temps change.
