Default looking for a turbo setup

i am looking into purchasing a turbo kit for my 97 civic ex. my budget is going to be around $1500-$2000 and i was wondering what is needed to put the 15g kit (92-95) on my 97? is it worth it to spend the extra 5 bills to up to the 19t kit? will there be a big jump in hp between teh 15g and 19t? also what other kits are out there that will fit on my 97 within my price range?

if i went the rout of gathering my own parts for a custom kit could someone please list the parts i will need for a reliable daily driven setup.

build you own, it'll be cheaper, faster, and you'll learn something

the only thing that having obd2 affects is not being able to use one of the free ecu programs out there. i myself have built several setups for anywhere from like 200-700 dollars. it all depends on where you get your parts and if you can do stuff yourself
for me, being in canada i think it would be easier and so that i wouldnt get raped on shipping charges the greddy kit is looking pretty good right now. what will be the differnece between teh 15g and the 19t in terms of hp numbers and when full boost is achived. would it be worth the extra 4-5 bills to go for the 19t

where were you lookin at? jdmshit.com has them for under 100 bones last time i checked. ecu should be about 60 on ebay. 160 into conversion, and 500-600 on a HMT style kit is way better than 1500 on a greddy kit w/o an intercooler
