Looking for T3/T4 Downpipe/Manifold/Turbo Combo Kit

Anyone know a reliable website that sells this entire kit? Looking for a 3" downpipe that will match up to a catco hi-flo cat (I can always get the exhaust worked out a little).

yeah basically need the exhaust manifold, turbo, wastegate, and downpipe. I have an intercooler already and BOV.

I don't want any super-fancy headers, just log style is fine with me. But this poor little Greddy turbo I'm running i think is about ready to go kapoot.

If you think that greddy turbo(even though greddy doesnt make turbos its a mitsu. turbo) is going to poop out on you, i suggest you dont even bother with it. They have a funny flange and it will be more difficult to find a turbo that fits that flange.

I suggest you post your car, your goals and ---- so we can help you pick a turbo. But i suggest generally a T3 of some sort, internal manifold if you dont want AC, and have a muffler shop make your downpipe. From my personal experiance do not ------- have someone weld you a downpipe if they dont have your car. Just go to meinkie and sit with them and tell them exactly what you want. All they do is weld for a living. Its not that hard to run a dp if you dont want AC. if you want AC, well that makes their job a lil more challenging but they should be able to handle it

you still need to tell us your goals and what kind of car you have so we can help you. and yes, i thought you were saying you awnted to keep the greddy or something. i dunno, i was confused...whatever :-\

Re:Looking for T3/T4 Downpipe/Manifold/Turbo Combo Kit

Its a 97 del sol. I've been running 10 psi daily. This little itty bitty turbo thats on here now has alot of boost creep and takes to ------- long to build boost (plus it has a hard time holding the level) it ran fine when I had the factory piping but i had a massive custom intercooler installed and all the intake piping is 2.5" now so I think I'm over working it.

while I'm not positive I want to go up to a t3/t4 I'm looking for a websit ethat makes custom Turbo manifolds for D-series engines, as well as sells turbochargers themselves.

My goal is to have fun lol :) Yes, I'm a power monger. I just want 10 psi thats gonna spool up and hit at about 2.5k rpm and hold it all the way through without creeping that bad.

If that explains it all to ya bro.

Re:Looking for T3/T4 Downpipe/Manifold/Turbo Combo Kit

were almost there. Is the del sol B16a2 or the sohc?

Manifold makers:
For the rich= www.fullrace.com or www.lovefab.com
For the wealthy= www.inlinepro.com (i believe thats the site)
for the modest= go in the classifieds and look at the BMC manifold, revhard(my second favorite cast manifold. second to the inline pro, Drag(i dont like these, shitty WG placement. can you say boost creep?)

WG= Basically ive only heard of 3 WG that work.
1. Tial, the most popular external WG made right now
2. HKS, expensive as hell but supposed to be great....
3. Internal gate. Most will say "they dont work, you get boost creep and blah blah blah blah" but most people dont understand how a WG works so they are fuggin idiots. Basically a WG works with pressure. at a paticular vaccum pressure a flapper opens. well that flapper/spring system is designed to work on a higher backpressure system. when you have a 2.5" exhaust or larger there is less back pressure. less back pressure the WG is able to open more than its supposed to thus boost creep. is there a simple fix? Yes, just bore out the WG hole so that more air can travel through the hole and you will limit the amount of boost creep significantly.

Downpipe: Go to a muffler shop and get it custom done.

I think I'm actually gonna stick with the same bolt pattern, to expensive to fully upgrade right now.

Does the T04B bolt up to the greddy exhaust manifold and down pipe? I'm also kinda confused at these oens I'm looking at, do they include the wastegates and is there no actuator or am I going to have to dump cash into a new wastegate?
