so you guys say boost leak? well it just started when i put a rev hard mani on what i call an up grade from my ssautocrap mani could that be the prob??

your manifold is a pre-boost component in your setup... boost leak has to come from somewhere in between the turbo and the TB (IE: piping, intercooler, couplers..)

It sounds like your BOV isn't functioning correctly... compressor surge is my guess.

well idk about all that but i think i found the prob my home depot elbow has a hole in it thanks guys
