got a garrett/airesearch .70 trim .63/.84 on my b18b.... no wonder it lags like hell in first... hit full boost which is 7-8 psi at 6500 in 1st and redline at 7k... lol but in other gears full boost is at 4500-5000 here is a pic comparing that and a 14b lol



both are the same distance, the 14b is just sitting higher...

You're saying it's 0.63 a/r and 70 trim?? Are you sure of that?
It looks to me as a nice t04B S trim (48 trim) compressor with A/R 0.60 .

You say you have a 0.84 a/r turbine... is it a T4 "O" trim split scroll turbine WOW! THat's HUGE!! You're lucky it ever spools at all!!!! you have picture of the turbine? or the whole install?

if its a twin scroll exhaust housing, make a plate that blocks one side off...it'll spool then.
