Just installed missing link
 

yo i just switched from those fish tank check valves to a misssing link.... now my boost gauge reads like 10+ psi, im at 6psi and nothing is wrong with any vacuum lines etc... did i put it in upside down? any1 else had this happen???

Why do you think you're at 6 psi when your gauge is reading 10+?

if your boost guage reads 10+ psi then how do you know you are only running 6psi?

You got some vaccum ---- hooked up wrong, or at least you did before you installed the missing link.

ya im ------- worried. everything worked just fine... it snowed here, could that have broken the wastegate spring? i got on it once, sure doesnt feel like 10+psi... and so today i hooked ---- back up the way it was, still getting 10+ and then i just plain ran the map sensor with nothing and still 10+.. so my luck something broke the same time i was switching out the vacuum lines.. funny this is i did nothing else but that... oh well my luck...

somethign could have been fucked up with the boost guage line at first and only showed 6psi all though u coulda been hitten 10psi the whole time :-\

nah cuz my wastegate was adjustable with threads i was boosting at like 3psi for awhile then gradually got it to 6.5 and then like amonth later im sitting here today... like i said it snowed then was warm now its snowy so mayb the springs snapped... what do u replace them with?
