Did you swap the motor in and turbo at the same time? Or did it have a b16 to begin with? Any check engine lights?
And what kind of manifold are you using?

I just remember, I just assemble the engine after being down for 3 months, did not readjust any of the settings so they probably at -0, I did not changed anything from the first setup except the resistor box wich plug in, and I add a btm, I will double check the settings tomarow.

go buy some new plugs... you probably fouled the ---- out of them... then change your idle settings... same thing happened to me with 345cc injectors trying to start it with a stock ecu... fouled everyone

Yeah if all your settings are still at 0 your running pig rich. Like ghetto said, lean it out to around 40% at idle and start there, you'll want to get richer as you start bulding boost.
Also make sure your timing is correct. Something as simple as that could throw the entire engine operation out of whack
