Junkyard pullin'

A junkyard quoted me at $75 CAN for a Dodge Daytona turbo if I pull myself. Now is it me or are these rear existing exhuast cars, meaning the manifold it at the rear of the engine? Is this a pain in the ass to work with in the cold and shitting conditions commonly known at local junkyards?

You are right. They are by the firewall tucked way under. They look like they would be a pain in the ass to pull.I looked in there and walked away...lol.

i agree, i was quoted a price of 40 if i went and pulled it. so i wrenched for 1/2 an hour, and said ---- that. >:(
you have to remove the entire head, cause the lower intake manifold bolts are inaccessable.

Based on some of these replies, you will be better off if you can find a turbo Volvo or Saab.
