itr cams good for turbo?
I saw a dyno tune on honda tech, of a guy with some serious money in his engine.
he had a b16 head, and stock b16 cams.
he put the itr cams in, and retuned and dyno'd with an extra 30hp.
mind you, I think that that was only a 5% increase in horsepower, since he topped out at something like 628hp

True, they are not necissary (sp) and you might not even feel much of a difference with them in, but you will gain a bit of extra power. I say if you've got them, put them in and throw a set of titanium retainers and springs in there as well. Now your talking a nice flowing head with some higher rev's
sell them $300 and get gsr cams $80, on a turbo car those are the best stock cams you can use, they even beat the itr/ctr cams on a dyno, on a turbo car of course ,all motor itr/ctr cams hands down, and you will feel a difference in hp compare to your b16 cams.
