Default ITB's on a SOHC

Well has anyone try ITBs on a D16Z6...?

I have a 94 Civic Eg6 Si
stock D16Z6

and I'm getting some custom-made ITB's with a BullFrog Camshaft, AEM Crank pulley, ACT stage1 clucth and DC 4-2-1 headers with 2.5' exhuast straight piping and a chiped P28 to run ITBs with Uberdata for $100 off a friend of mine...

Do I need to upgrade my Vlaves if I used the Bullfrog camshaft...? and will the car need to be retuned...?

Heck yes the car will have to be re-tuned. It takes a lot of tuning to make ITBs run right. Tranceminister on here had ITBs on his mini me EF running Crome I think, maybe uberdata. Either way it's something readily available to you if you wanted it. BTW, if you really want to go fast just turbo your car. You did post this in the FI forum after all

Itb's+boost=gay. Proper plenum volume and runner length is where you will see gains with fi, not by adding more moving parts.

Yes the car will need to be re-tuned. You will probaby need an ems capable of blending tps and map. I'm not sure if uberdata can do this. I'm pretty sure crome can.

I personally would sell the crank pulley and take the weight out of the flywheel instead. Also be ready to do valve adjustments more frequently with that gude cam.
