ok so now im boosted and want more! would someone be so kind to write me a list of what internals i will need to run higher boost? and a rough price?

As far as internals rods, pistons,rings, and a good headgasket. Things that you will need: rod bearings, and maybe have the crank checked. Things you might want to do: new oil pump, water pump, oil pan gasket and other misc. gaskets. For the piston you need to know if you want moderatly(sp) high compression or low compression.

i just want to run 10 - 12psi safe and as i know ---- about engines! i want someone to recommend what i will need please.

use stock internals and tune it right and you'll be fine...if you do build it up, get arp headstuds and something to strengthen the sleeves (re-sleeve or post them)
