Yup, you can still use it, but you'll have to make or buy a blockoff plate for the wastegate flange on the manifold.

just get a block of mild steel, place two holes in it that will align with the holes for the wastegate, then fabricate a gasket from copper or something and bolt that ****** on. Why did you buy the manifold if you didnt have an exteranl wastgate?

Could you buy an external wastegate and block off the internal wastegate?

Yup you can do that too, theres a blockoff plate for the internal wastegate that your downpipe gets welded too and it bolts up to the exhaust housing of the turbo, eliminating the internal wg. In your case it would be the t3 5 bolt blockoff flange.
