Default Internal wasyegate VS External Wastegate

OK Im new to the Turbo honda world, I HAve a custom set up that I will be running and Im not sure If I should run an internal or external wastegate. first let me tell you the set up
IT will be a
Built "Stroked" GSR
(buy stroked It will have LS crank and Eagle Ls Spec h-beams)
The CR will be 9.5.1-9.81
ITR Cams And Valvetrain
Skunk2 Pro series Intake manifold
And one for Chris big bore Throttle bodies
The Turbo set up is a new Garret T3
NEW Spearco intercooler
DSM 450's
Turbo XS Type H -RFL BOV
either an Drag Cast main W/external wastegate
OR
A BMC Custom Log W/internal wastegate
Crome Pro
down pipe is undecided, IF i go internal it will be 2.5' v-banded
And If I go external wastegate in will be a 3' v-banded (both custom)

I plan On running 10-12psi and thats about it.
And I have to be honest, Im not sure which would be better internal/external or why?
PLease help me out I don't know ---- about it~! :1

internal is cheaper but boost creap is worse. ---- it i would just go with an externall for later incase you decide to upgrade

for your set up, it dosent really matter.. internal will be fine for that turbo, and you shouldnt have creep issues...
And if you want external, there is never really a down side to it, unless if your manifold dosnt have a spot for it..

So do what you want... either will be effective.

Internal for the cheapness. But boost creep is just a little added bonus

ok, well I guess It come down to the manifold then....The Drag manifold is cast and has the external flange, of corse I can block it off, But the BMC log does not, will either have a better/faster spool, or because of it being a small turbo, will it really mater which I use?

i dont think you will see much of a difference if any with either manifold. if i were you i would get the drag becuase it has the flange for it. because it is easier to block(incase you decide to go external) than to make a new flange(if you decide to go internal)
