Default internal wastegate bypass...

If I have an internally wategated turbo, can I bypass the wastegate by hooking the line directly to the bov?

all you need is a flange that bolts up to your downpipe housing on the turbo that, instead of having a hole for the wastegate to dump from, it simply is solid.

I have the flap closed. Do I need to plug the old line that ran to the actuator? And if I do that and run a line to the bov will that work to make the boost work as it should? Last but not least, the only reason I need it to work this way is unreasonable relocation of wg actuator.

So wait I'm really confused. Are you asking if you can unhook your interanal wastegate and route the line that went to the wastegate to the BOV? If so what are you going to do for a wastegate?

Are you talking about the brass barb that connects the compressor housing to the wg actuator? If so, then yes, you want to plug it. Just use a correct threaded bolt with a little teflon tape for good measure.
