on anything that isnt HUGE, 8 pounds isn't ---- to a d series. just run it. |
Re: internal wastegate???
d15 is right the first time, it's lengthening the arm, that would cause the flapper to open sooner.
or you can run crush bent charge pipes and a super restrictive intercooler to maximize pressure drops. |
Re: internal wastegate???
t25 is a really really small turbo so 8lbs aint ----, especially on a zc
that motor will take more than that turbo will ever give it |
Re: internal wastegate???
t25=----
So don't even bother with lowering boost man it'll be sweet |
Re: internal wastegate???
Don't lower boost!
14b (bigger then the t25, not much but bigger) DOHC ZC 9psi Stock Everything Spike to 20psi 1-2 time(Ooops) No problems yet. ZC's can handle ocasional 12psi runs at the track, if not daily if your smart at doing it! Plus lengthening the rod will give you lots of LAG!!!! Keep her where it is and have fun!!! |
