Default internal wastegate

why does most people recomend, rather used external wastegate even for lower boost when the internal do the same job?

You may want to reword your question i dont know if you want to know why poeple use external instead of internal?Just elaborate a little.

If heas saying what I think, People use external wastegates cuase like u said they are bettr for hi boost, and everyonr know , hi boost is addicting, so they know they will want to upgrade in the future and they will already have the wastegate needed

also lookit the placement of internal wastegate, the exhaust gases have to make a 90 degree angle and go through a pinner hole!

internals can cause serious boost creep also. not to mention all the extra crap hanging off the turbo!

I know but I have to use one for now upgrade later, but I had a hard time fitting with the internal, had to cut the extra trimming off my radiator, and get a smaller fan, I have the option for external but its for one of those $500 plus wastegate 40mm 50mm square flange so I block it off.
