Alright, I been looking around at intercoolers every which way, and I keep running into endtank problems. I want a complete 2.5inch through the whole system. But I either find a intercooler for my power and its 3 inch end tanks, or I find 2.5 end tanks and there not enough power. Can Anyone recommend a intercooler with 2.5 inch endtanks that can support 400hp, and only be 3 inches thick.

Also with whatever size you recommend, would it include cutting the metal bump.

Just get the 3 inch inlet/outlet and get reducing silicone couplings. Easy.

will 2.5 piping and 3 inch inlets/outlets on the intercooler mess the flow up at all from the different sizes?
