My first setup (D series CRX) I used 2.25 piping since my IC had 2.25 in/out and had the TB end of the IC flared to 2.5, with my new set up I am rocking the 2.5 since the TB and my IC are 2.5 and then I only need one reducer for the IC to turbo, thats how i determine the size, fewer transitions and pretty much what will fit easy, i didn't have any probems with 2.5

I guess I'll go with the 2" for now. I just want to get things moving again. A friend of mine is gonna do all the pipes for free. Thanks for the info

I run 2" on my datsun. At 17psi at the manifold I am pushing out 19psi, that's two a 2psi loss for the math challenged.

So I guess home depot it is for the piping then? I want to go cheap but somewhat reliable. Just till I can raise enough to buy aluminum bling.

The 2 inch pipe will work, it will result in less area to pressurize which = spool rpm improvement and some better power down low

You will however sacrifice some top end power.
