the grease is on the inside...just run a damp towel through them a couple times, then use a dry one

I cleaned the cutting grease out with a towell and some gas. They came out shiney. Just be sure the gas is removed before welding.

You bet. That is appropriate for aluminized tubing as well, as the aluminum coating will be disturbed by the welding process. Craig
