it may just lag a little bit more, you will only have to pressurize the whole ic now and i'm assuming its bigger than the one you have.

Just pass on the deal and get one that better for your setup
Unless it like 20 bucks :P

I just put mine on and I'm topping out at 5PSI.

I was at 6.5 with a Side Mount. ???

Re: intercooler droping PSI?

with my starion intercooler i was hitting 10 lbs on an rhb5 in all 5 gears. with the new JRC 6 inch i can barely hit 5 in first second and third. fourth and fifth i get lucky if it reaches 7 psi. function > fasion so don't go for the big bling intercooler unless you have a turbo sized enough to push the right amount of boost through it. it was a big mistake on my part.

if you notice a pound or two of pressure drop, just turn it back up ;)
